The meeting will be devided into the usual business meeting on Wednesday with the announcement of the results of the election of board members, the discussion and potential decission on by-laws changings, and a session on the extension of our collaboration with external partners.

On the second day we will have time for scientific work as well as for discussion and work on and for the working groups.

The detailed agenda will be send out in June.

Beside the official meeting time we will have time to discuss and to have personal contact to raise our knowledge on each other within some social arrangements.

As usual we will have the friendship-dinner on Wednesday evening. There will be an additional informal dinner arrangement in a Basque cooking association ELAI ALAI Txoko ("the cheerful swallow").

The invitation to participate in the annual meeting is explecitely not limited just to the main representative of a member agency. We would be happy to welcome more people who are then also willing to collaboration within the working groups. Due to this aim the scientific part will also be streamed via internet so that additional staff members can participate if tey are not able to participate physically. The link will be provided on request.

We are looking forward to welcome as many of you as possible.
